An expensive lesson learned...

I can't believe February is already coming to a close. It has been a crazy month to say the least. Earlier in the month my husband's Dr advised him not to ride his bicycle any more. We were pretty bummed about this little turn of events and so went out to find another mode of transport. We found, what we thought was a great deal, but what turned out to be a total nightmare of events.
We purchased a 150 scooter, okay great we thought. It was brand new, the price was right, and then the absolute hell of it all began. We purchased the thing on Friday, did not take possession until Sunday and it just went to hell from there! This was just a couple of weeks ago. Let's just say that the scooter is now being returned to the dealer for a full refund! We are in hopes that the DMV will refund our money for the registration, considering this thing has not seen the highway and the insurance, I'm sure will prorate, but at least money will be refunded. Now let's talk about the lost work hours, nah let's not. This whole ordeal has been so stressful. I would never recommend purchasing anything made by BAJA MOTORS! Not only do they produce junk, but the owner of the company will not even return phone calls or email requests!
Definitely an expensive lesson learned! Never again to be repeated!!!
